HealthFab experienced 2.5x revenue growth in FY24, with revenue surging to Rs 8.4 crore, a significant increase from Rs 3.31 crore in FY23. The company achieved profitability in FY24, reporting a net profit of Rs 2.04 lakh, a turnaround from the Rs 1.32 crore loss in FY23. The EBITDA margin improved to 1.66% in FY24, up from -39.84% in FY23, while the ROCE improved to 5.01%, compared to -87.24% in the previous fiscal year.
Expenses grew by 80.5%, reaching Rs 8.36 crore in FY24 from Rs 4.63 crore in FY23. Advertisement costs accounted for 31.22% of total expenses in FY24, up from 16.84% in FY23, reflecting a strong focus on brand promotion. Employee benefit costs declined to 3.94% of total expenses in FY24 from 9.28% in FY23, while the cost of materials rose slightly to 29.3% from 26.78%. Depreciation and finance costs remained minimal, at 0.044% and 1.14% of total expenses, respectively, in FY24.
HealthFab has raised a total of Rs 2.17 crore in funding through a seed round in March, 2022. The company is led by co-founders Kiriti Acharjee, Satyajit Chakraborty, and Saurav Chakrabarty, who each hold 27.75% equity.
