The platform simplifies live webinars, hosting up to 500 participants via integrated Zoom functionalities, and supports robust performance tracking and automation.
Founded in 2016 by Kinner N Sacchdev and Rakhi Wadhwa, Knorish has raised Rs 18.47 crore over seven funding rounds, with its most recent funding in October 2022. The co-founder Kinner N Sacchdev and Rakhi Wadhwa each hold 21.53% stake, with additional ownership allocated to ESOPs (8%) and investors like Pentathlon Ventures (6.82%).
Knorish’s expenses grew marginally in FY24 to ₹8 crore from ₹7.70 crore in FY23, driven primarily by a surge in advertising costs, which rose from 0.002% to 36.4% of total expenses. In contrast, employee benefit expenses declined slightly, accounting for 27.34% of FY24 expenses, compared to 30.44% in FY23. Depreciation increased to 2.9% of total expenses in FY24 from 2.3% in FY23.
Losses narrowed by 20% in FY24 to Rs 4.03 crore from Rs 5.04 crore in FY23. EBITDA margin improved significantly to -96.35% from -183.68%, though ROCE worsened to -276.42% from -225.89%.
