Saarthi Pedagogy posted a 30% revenue growth in FY24, reaching Rs 20.36 crore from Rs 15.64 crore in FY23. The company continues to expand its presence across India, focusing on academic strategies, pedagogy, content, and teacher training. Its operating revenue contributed nearly 98% of the total revenue in FY24, slightly decreasing from over 98% in FY23.
Saarthi Pedagogy is transforming the K-12 education sector by providing schools with a 360-degree academic growth platform. Through its tech-driven approach, the company enhances teaching methodologies via teacher training programs, curriculum solutions, and digital tools to improve learning outcomes.
The company has raised a total of Rs 53.99 crore in funding over three rounds, with the latest raised on January 31, 2023. Co-founder Sushil Agrawal holds a 51.67% stake in the company, while the ESOP pool accounts for 6.68% of shares.
Saarthi Pedagogy’s expenses rose over 23%, reaching Rs 36.11 crore in FY24 from Rs 29.22 crore in FY23. Major costs included employee benefits (35.86%), cost of materials (20.21%), and finance costs (10.49%) of total expenses during FY24.
The company reported a 28% increase in losses, amounting to Rs 16.47 crore in FY24 compared to Rs 12.86 crore in FY23. Its EBITDA margin improved to -50.83% in FY24 but remained negative, while ROCE declined to -79.41%.
