Rural egg farmers across the country, especially in northern states of India like MP, UP, Bihar where the temperature swings in extremes, have a major challenge in terms of keeping the production and quality intact with little or no access to modern technologies, good quality feed, veterinary advice and getting their eggs to a larger audience. Contaminated feeds or using feed like DDGS without any knowledge of their nutritive value can have an impact on egg production.
The brand EGGOZ was born to solve the problem end to end to make sure the production of the egg farmers are packed, UV sanitized and brought to the retail stores within 36 hours of laying, thereby completely preserving the nutritional value of the egg.
Eggoz is a consumer brand for eggs that delivers fresh eggs sourced from farms within 24 hours of being laid. Its products are available on foodtech platforms such as Zepto, Blibkit, Swiggy’s Instamart BigBasket and others. The company also offers a subscription service, which allows customers to receive a regular delivery of eggs.
