SILA provides Facility Management, General Contracting and Real Estate Advisory services to various sectors. In 2019, SILA ventured into Real Estate development, with a Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) focus. The Brownfield development strategy is to align with NBFCs/Funds and provide solutions on stressed situations within their portfolios. SILA’s development arm is currently constructing 500,000 sqft of Real Estate. In March 2022, SILA received approvals to launch a Real Estate fund.
